Timothy Speed Levitch, Tour Guide | Terms and Conditions

PRICES: Prices are subject to change. Payment is made through Pay Pal. Speed Levitch or his manager will email an invoice to the customer prior to the tour date, or the customer can use our self-service form at http://speedlevitchonline.com/products-tours. A 50% down payment is required for parties of 10 or more. Proof of payment (a copy of the Paypal receipt) is required at beginning of tour. Special payment arrangements are possible and can be arranged on an individual basis prior to the day of the tour.

RESERVATIONS: contact Speed at speedlevitchonline@gmail.com. Walk ups will be accepted as long as there is room and payment is received at the start of the tour. No walk ups after the tour has begun.

CANCELLATIONS: Full refunds will be issued if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance. 50% refunds are issued 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given the same day as scheduled tour or to no-shows.

If Speed Levitch needs to cancel the tour for any reason, a FULL REFUND will be issued to the customer(s).

ACCIDENT OR LOSS: We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the transportation, accommodations, and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Gratuities to the Guide, restaurant servers, taxi drivers, or costs of subways, buses, or any other transportation taken during a tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS : Speed may, at his discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if he deem his acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and he shall have no further liability. Speed reserves the right to cancel any tours due to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. If you have comments/concerns about your tour experience, you should make them to Speed at speedlevitchonline@gmail.com.
